Once you have ordered please send photos of your pet/s through Etsy messages. High- resolution images (most smartphones) full body or close up.

For digital only portraits you will not receive a physical item but you will receive a high quality 300dpi JPEG & PNG files within 3-5 days.

For physical copies I'll send you a copy through Etsy first to check you are happy before posting :)
